Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 weeks from our workshop in Qatar. Please note that delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via DHL from Qatar.
Estimated Shipping Time
• GCC major cities: 3 - 5 business days from dispatch
• International major cities: 3 - 10 business days from dispatch
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Shipping fees vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Unclaimed or Rejected International Orders
If a customer fails to receive or rejects the item, we are not responsible for storing the item after one month from the return date.
• Storage fee: QAR 20 per additional day.
• If the customer wishes to reclaim the item after one month, they must cover the shipping and storage fees.
Official Holidays
Shipping is affected by national and religious holidays in Qatar. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Local Pickup (Qatar)
Customers in Qatar can pick up their orders directly from our workshop.
Unclaimed orders will not be available for pickup after one month, and a storage fee of QAR 20 per extra day will apply.

Alterations
Free alterations are available within 1 week of receiving your order.
After that, a QAR 200 fee will apply.
